Having been active in the investing and selling of real estate for over 30 years I have extensive education in what it takes to prepare homes for sale. I had personally sold over 12 of my own homes and each was staged to sell quickly.

My goal with each and every client is to make their home appealing to as many potential purchasers as possible. We can do this with lived in and vacant homes as well. A home evaluation will give you the items that will need to be accomplished to ready your home for sale. We also redesign rooms for new purposes, assist with color choices and furniture placement to show off your rooms important focal and architectural points. We also provide a list of qualified contractors and handymen to fix any items in your home that need attention prior to listing your home for sale.

Specialties

Many home stagers will not perform the work of de-cluttering for you, we will do so. We will pack up an entire home if necessary to help a customer who may not have the time. We will also furnish homes for you down to the utensils ,if you are not available to do so. Your time is important to you, we can do the hard work for you. .
