Chef-proprietor Henry Dinardo earned the honor of being named one of the Top 25 Chefs in America by Food & Wine Magazine 1985. Chef Dinardo has been preparing marvelous meals for presidential inaugurations for three decades. He has cooked for countless celebrities including Presidents Reagan and Clinton, Former President of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev, Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Prince Charles and Princess Diana, Placido Domingo, Billy Joel, Tony Bennett, Paul Simon, Julio Inglesias and the Washington Redskins to name but a few.
Executive Pastry Chef at Windows, Laurent Lhuillier won the 2005 National Pastry Gold Medal and took home the Bronze Medal from the 2006 World Pastry Championship.
